3. Platform Transition

3.1 Redirection to Platform

When you select "Sign in" or "Register" on our website, you will be redirected to the regulated platform operator's website.

3.2 Platform Terms

Upon redirection, you will be subject to the platform operator's terms of service, privacy policy, and other applicable policies. You will be required to review and accept these terms before proceeding.

3.3 Account Relationship

Any account you create, and any financial services you access, will be provided by and managed by the regulated platform operator, not by Chameleon Money.

4. Eligibility and Customer Onboarding

4.1 Customer Categories

The platform supports two main categories of customers:

Unregulated Businesses: Businesses that are not subject to financial services regulation may be onboarded if they are within accepted jurisdictions and not engaged in prohibited activities.

Regulated Businesses: Businesses subject to financial services regulation may be onboarded if they are incorporated within the UK (including Gibraltar), EEA, USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, or South Korea.

4.2 Jurisdictional Requirements

Entities incorporated outside the jurisdictions listed in section 4.1 may only be onboarded alongside a licensed entity within the same ownership structure that is incorporated in one of the accepted jurisdictions.

4.3 Restrictions

The platform does not provide services to:

• Payment service providers (PSPs) or cryptocurrency firms acting on behalf of underlying clients

• Gaming or contract for difference (CFD) firms requiring consumer payouts

4.4 Exception Process

In certain circumstances, the regulated platform operator may consider exceptions to these requirements through a formal exception process.

5. Use of Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

7.3 Foreign Exchange

For transactions involving currency conversion, the platform applies a margin to the exchange rate. All foreign exchange (FX) transaction requests received by 4:00 PM UK time will typically be processed on the same business day, subject to compliance checks and market conditions.

8. Compliance

8.1 Anti-Money Laundering

All services are provided in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide all requested information for compliance purposes.

8.2 Regulatory Framework

Operations comply with financial services regulatory frameworks in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. UK financial promotions are approved by FCA-authorized partners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability
